Originally brought in to support this luxury playmat brand during their high-stakes yearly promotion, my role quickly evolved into a CX partnership. I conducted a deep dive into their customer and how they navigate the site in order to identify friction points and enhance the premium feel of the site. The result was a more cohesive brand experience that supported both peak sales periods and sustained year-round growth.
