Identifying a gap in the market through data analysis, I spotted a strong customer desire for customisable tea boxes. I led this project from inception to delivery, overseeing the redesign of letterbox-friendly packaging and a complete overhaul of the landing page UI/UX. By pairing targeted CRO strategies with performance marketing, we successfully tapped into a new customer base and delivered a direct, significant uplift in sales.
