I led the development and launch of the UK’s #1 kids' nutrition app, reworking the original to a market-leading digital product. By designing and implementing a robust monthly subscription model for both iOS and Android, I drove a dramatic increase in paid user growth. This project combined technical product management with a sharp focus on user retention and recurring revenue.
